Remarks: GambassiAF gives the instrumentation as above; the instrumentation is not specified in Predieri’s autograph score, but the clef combination conforms to that of Bologna’s Concerto Palatino as specified in a document from 1598. Predieri was, among other things, a member of the Concerto Palatino, as a cornettist, from 1641 to 1694.
